About Rewind

Rewind AI developed a personal memory assistant intended to help users search and recall information from their digital activity. Its original software captured and organized on-device information such as screen content and conversations, making it possible to ask questions about past work and retrieve relevant context. The Rewind product evolved into Limitless, which focused on wearable audio capture and a cloud-based personal AI assistant. Limitless was acquired by Meta, and the Rewind/Limitless consumer product was discontinued in December 2025. The former offering should therefore be understood as a historical AI memory product rather than a currently available service. Rewind AI is associated with personal AI memory, searchable computer history, meeting notes, and context retrieval. This description covers the companys former product lineage and status; people seeking current services should verify whether any successor product or data access option is offered by the acquiring company.
